Summary: The property exceeded our expectations. Luce and Jean were fantastic hosts and went out of their way to make us feel welcome - they made excellent suggestions of places to visit and eat. The property is located in beautiful surroundings whilst only being a short car journey to Aix and local Venelles. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day.

Summary: What a wonderful place to stay!! It's very quiet and secluded. It felt like we were in our own world. Beautiful views. The house is built from rocks found on the property. Lots of space for our family of 5. The owners are really wonderful people. They invited us up for appetizers one night and we had a nice time visiting with them. It was very peaceful waking up each morning to the sound of cicadas in the trees. The kids enjoyed the pool. I wish that we had been able to spend more time there. Great place for a getaway. Also very easy to get to town. You can park in a lot where they give you a bus pass to use in Aix. That was much easier than it would have been for us to try to find parking space in Aix. Again the owners were very accomodating and made our stay just perfect.

Summary: We are a family of four from Denmark - two girls aged 5 and 8 - and we really enjoyed our stay in the quiet and spacious house. The house contains everything you need as it has been the owners former home. And we really felt at home straight away. Luce, the owner of the house, is such a nice, interested and warm lady, who will make you feel welcome and is keen to help with almost everything. We felt we were in very good hands. The pool was excellent for the kids as the heat was quite overwhelming during the day. Aix is a beautiful and interesting city and we made the trip to Lac du Croix which was amazing. If we go back to Provence we will surely come back. Thanks again Luce and Jean for a lovely stay.
